Who
A closer kind of partnership.
Puget Sound Creative is the independent practice of Molly Hawkins. I partner with outdoor, hospitality, lifestyle, and purpose-led businesses to find the heart of the brand, make a practical plan, and bring it into the world.
I’ve worked on both sides of the table—as a brand builder and as an operator—so I know a beautiful idea has to hold up on a busy Tuesday. You work directly with me from the first conversation through the decisions that follow.
For bigger briefs, I assemble a collective of trusted photographers, designers, writers, and marketing specialists. No oversized team by default: just the right people for the work, with one clear point of contact and a shared sense of purpose.
Good thinking. Good company.
Independent by design. Collaborative by nature.
I like getting close to the work: listening first, asking the useful questions, and making sure the strategy can survive contact with real life. Puget Sound Creative gives you senior-level attention and the flexibility to build a capable crew around each challenge.

The team behind the practice.
A small crew with big opinions about good work. For larger briefs, this core team is joined by a collective of trusted photographers, designers, writers, and specialists.

Founder & strategist
Molly Hawkins
Molly has spent her career building brands across the outdoor and lifestyle worlds, including early brand strategy and marketing programs at evo. Her knack for turning ideas into action is the engine behind Puget Sound Creative.

Heart of the studio
Penny
The littlest member of the crew and forever its heart. In her golden years, Penny kept everyone grounded with her calming presence and a firm commitment to work-life balance. Though she’s crossed the rainbow bridge, she still lights the way.

Resident product testers
Loki & Kal-El
Young but wise beyond their years, these two take quality control seriously. Every client product that comes through the studio gets rigorously tested for construction, materials, and durability.
What guides the work.
Clarity.
A good plan gives everyone a place to start. I look for the through-line between what a business believes, what its audience needs, and what can actually get made.
Connection.
People do their best work when they know one another. I build close relationships with clients and bring in collaborators who share that same care for the work.
Momentum.
Ideas matter most when they leave the presentation. The goal is a strategy your team can use, test, and keep building on.
